Unused products

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the general right to rescind applies within seven days after receipt of an unused product, subject to the law’s exceptions. Cancellation costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed or a different mandatory rule applies.

Personalised items and defects

Products genuinely manufactured or customised at the customer’s request may be subject to an exception. This does not remove rights where the product is defective or fails to match the agreed specifications. Jewellery is not automatically excluded merely because it contains diamonds or gold.
