Review the individual product description for metal fineness, stone weight, colour, clarity, condition and certificate information. A GIA or HRD Antwerp report applies only where the individual product is identified as having that report; not every product is represented as certified by both organisations.

Defects and agreed specifications

Mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain in force. Any additional commercial warranty will state its coverage, duration and exclusions before purchase.

Contact our team with the product code and your concern. Inspection, repair location and any charge must be agreed before work is performed.
