A commercial category, not a different material
The word “outlet” describes how a piece is offered for sale; it does not create a separate kind of diamond. Outlet selections may include end-of-line designs, limited remaining sizes, previous collections, display pieces or models offered under a special pricing policy.
What to check
The same questions still apply: What is the diamond weight? What are the colour and clarity grades? Is there an independent report where relevant? What is the gold purity and total metal weight? The product page and invoice should make these details clear.
Condition and service
An outlet price should never remove the need for inspection. At I’m Diamond, every piece is checked before delivery and is sent with the documents stated on its product page. Any condition note should be explained before purchase.
