These terms explain the general rules for using im-diamond.com. Please review the information and agreements presented before registering or ordering. Simply visiting the website does not constitute explicit consent to personal-data processing or commercial messages.

2. Membership

• Registration requires accurate and complete information. Members are responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide.
• People under eighteen may not register or place orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential. Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorised use.
• You may end your membership at any time. Records subject to statutory retention duties, including invoices and orders, are retained for the required period.
• The Seller may suspend or terminate membership for use that breaches these terms.

3. Orders and contracts

Contract formation, payment and delivery are explained in the distance selling agreement and pre-sale information. A product being out of stock does not by itself make performance impossible. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected if product or price information is incorrect or performance is affected.

4. Product images and information

Close-up photographs show stone and workmanship details. Perceived colour and size can vary with screen calibration. The written carat weight, metal fineness, colour, clarity and certificate information on the product page is binding. Clerical or system errors may be corrected.

5. Intellectual property

Website designs, product images, text, logos and software belong to I’m Diamond or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, used commercially or republished without permission.

6. Service availability

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or circumstances outside the Seller’s control. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. This does not affect your consumer rights or the Seller’s liability for defective goods.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes and applicable law

The Seller may update these terms. The current version takes effect when published here. Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, subject to the applicable monetary limits.
