Return Policy
Returns are easy at Im-diamond. You can return your products within 14 days unconditionally and full value within Turkey, according to the return conditions we have prepared in accordance with the articles of the law regarding jewelery and precious metals. Returns outside of Turkey cannot be made with full value due to additional shipping and tax fees, please contact us for international returns.
Matters to be considered in the return process;
-Please contact us before sending the product back. You can see our contact information here .
– The product must be returned in its original condition, including the warranty conditions and with all the documents. (Invoice, box, gift, etc.)
-There is no right of return for the products produced in accordance with the special requests of the customers. In this case, a return might be possible by deducting the associated costs.
– If the product has become defective during the time it is with the consumer, this will require evaluation by I’m Diamond. In this case, a return might be possible by deducting the associated costs.
After the necessary conditions are met, the product price will be returned to your credit card if your payment is with your credit card, or to your bank account by money order/eft within 5 working days by us. (The refund duration may vary depending on your bank.)
Exchange Terms
The above return conditions apply for the full value exchange of the products you have purchased.
