Final checks
Before dispatch, the model, ring size and order details are checked. The setting is inspected, the surface is cleaned and the certificate or product documents listed for the piece are matched to the order.
Discreet, protective packaging
The jewellery is placed in its presentation box and protected for transport. The outer parcel is prepared discreetly so that its contents are not advertised during delivery.
Insured delivery and tracking
Orders within Türkiye are sent through the delivery option shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please inspect the outer parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if it appears damaged or opened.
